Dr. Hays is a native of Louisiana. He received his veterinary degree from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. After graduation, Dr. Hays moved to the Dallas
Dr. Hays has a special passion for sporting dog medicine and care. He pursues continuing education opportunities in this field whenever possible. He has previously served on the Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association board of directors for 7 years.
He and his wife, Dr. Jo Alleman have two children, Abigail and Natalie. In his spare time, Dr. Hays enjoys reading history based books, outdoor activities, training his retrievers and managing their farm in Oklahoma. The family currently has 3 dogs, all labrador retrievers; Mojo, Adie and Lilly and 3 cats; LJ, Padfoot and Mateo.

Dr. Christian Weder was born and raised in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University’s veterinary school in 2012. He then went on to complete a 1-year rotating internship at The Ohio State University Dr. Weder is the owner of Mid-Michigan Veterinary Cardiology and a telehealth consultant who works with multiple practices around the country. Finally, Dr. Weder is also an adjunct faculty member at Michigan State University and regularly hosts veterinary students and house officers at his practice. In his free time, Dr. Weder enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, two children and their three dogs. He has a passion for trail running and endurance sporting events.
